We got taught how to pump but that’s about it.

Do you guys keep a calendar with times or any apps that tell you ? The nurses said every 2 hours to pump at the most wait 3 if you are busy.

Also pump holding methods ? Mine tends to leak out all Over when we remove the suction cups. This happens while sitting upright/ slanted and even laying down but at a slant. Tips ? Tricks?

Also does pumping keep your boobs from getting gross ?

Mine are a xl before I got pregnant and I haven’t gone through engorgement yet.
