Breast milk to Whole Milk

So my son has been EBF since day one. He’s had a few ounces of milk here and there to get him used to it . (From a sippy cup) he’s never been used to actual bottles and took to a sippy cup for water at 6 months no problem. He turns 1 on the 27th. My dilemma is he smacks the sippy cup away and goes for the boob. Which I plan on weaning him ASAP. Not sure how I should go about this, and how many ounces of whole milk should he be having a day? When do you offer milk to your little ones ?
