Im a nanny, i work with 8 kids a day with the children’s ages being between 12weeks and 10 years old. I love my job so dearly but I’m having issues with some children and the parents aren’t any help.

I have a special meeting spot for 4 of my kids after school, they meet me there at 3 and then tell me where at the playground they are playing. But recently they aren’t coming to see me, and with 4 kids it’s hard to go running around finding them. Im thinking of putting a reward system in place where they get something every 2 weeks if they behave. I’m wondering if there is anything else that might work better.

Another issue I have a 5 year old who I think might have some mental issues, but I’m not sure if it’s my place to say anything. I’ve been with this family for 2 years. This little boy isn’t listening and is constantly interrupting and running off and giving off strange behaviour. Am I just over thinking?
