So I had my second appointment with the Perinatologist today and they upped my Metoprolol (idk how to spell it without looking lol) the baby dropped from the 97% to 34% they want to monitor him even more closely for IUGR. They also said instead waiting until my BP reaches 160/140 I’m to go into L&D if it’s 150/90s. TMI but I’m having some bathroom issues that the Dr. said if they last two more days I have to into L&D to be monitored. Apparently Diarrhea lasting longer than 5 days is a sign of early labor. He’s also head down and supppeeerr low. I am now maxed out on both of my BP meds. My regular OB is extremely concerned about me making it past 28wks. Her goal has been 34 weeks but only if my BP continues to be controllable. Fingers crossed maxing this medicine out will allow me to make it a few more weeks.
