I need advice and this is a bit TMI. I gave birth vaginally & I tore, I got stitched up. Recovery was really hard and healing hurt really bad, I was pain free after about 8 weeks

Now for months I get extremely itchy in the area where I tore, I’m so embarrassed to talk to anyone about this and I know I should see a doctor, I just want to see if anyone has gotten this or could it be something else?

Please no judgment I just need some advice
