peeing myself randomly ?????

I had sex on the 4th of last week so i wouldn’t say I’m pregnant ( ik a lot of pregnant women wet themselves) . However lately my underwear would be soaking wet and feel uncomfortable. So Id change them thinking it’s just discharge however new pair and i feel the wetness come back . so i feel down there and it feels watery... i guess not the normal discharge . So i’m assuming I’m letting pee out . I don’t feel myself do it and I go when i feel the urge so it’s not like i’m holding it in and it slips out . answers anyone ??? is it discharge or actual pee or idk ??????
