Uncircumcised and smell

Mamas with uncircumcised baby boys. Do you find his genitals smell sometimes? My baby gets a bath every second day and I'm very thorough with my cleaning when I change him. I was told by more than one doc and nurse. Also other moms that you're not supposed to pull back thr skin to clean, its driving me crazy and I dont want him to get an infection.

I don't need your opinion on my decision not to circumcise my son, so move along if it doesn't concern you.
