How do I know if it’s pee or my waters 
37 weeks
Been bouncing on my ball so maybe it pushed pee out????

Does it keep coming out with position change or more bouncing? My water just came out with position change. I definitely couldn’t control it. Apparently there are 2 layers to the sac. My second layer broke at the hospital and I had the huge gush but when I went in for just the trickle it was positive for my waters.

Get checked if I’m doubt. That’s how my labor started and ended up sick so if in doubt get checked. Worse they can do is say no go home
