Can cramps help confirm ovulation?
I got a blazing positive opk today and have a moderate, stable cramp on my right lower abdomen that has been pretty uncomfortable all day. I know that opks alone can’t confirm ovulation even thought I get surges every month. Does the cramping help to confirm that I am ovulating? I plan to begin temping within the next couple months.
