Baby has his eyes open and closed kind of fast rolling his eyes to the back of his head smiling & frowning & his breathing is very rapid when almost asleep is this normal ?

Babies spend most of the time sleeping in REM sleep (rapid eye movement), so they make a lot of faces and noises and eye rolls. They will grow out of it as they get older 😀
