No symptoms...

Is it just me or does anyone else get so upset they have no symptoms.. like my cousin and two friends and the people I know who just had baby’s all complain/complained how they had sore boobs, morning sickness, tired hungry etc all through the first trimester and here am week 9 with nothing 😞😞😞 why? It scares me so bad .
