I've just been diagnosed with endometriosis and have to have surgery to remove an endometrioma as well as exploratory surgery. My gyn wants me to go on birth control (the devil) to help treat the endometriosis by stopping my period and potential regrowth and wants me to wait until my blood sugar is more controlled (I have diabetes). So today I gave up on myself and everything I believe in and agreed to a progesterone IUD (I have estrogen sensitivity) I know in the long run it should help but I need some up lifting words because I'm hating myself
