Sooooo today was my first ultrasound!!

Last week a had a bleeding and I thought I had a miscarriage and finally my hCG was rising (slower but within normal limits) 60% every 24 hours, doubling every 71hours!

Today I’m 6 weeks and 5 days and we went for the first ultrasound and my uterus is empty! We repeated the hCG and it’s rising (from 759 went to 3097 in 5 days) but no sign of the baby!!! I have no pain, no more bleeding and no other symptoms!! My boobs are super swelled and sensitive... I have nausea and I’m sleepy all the time but no baby!! The ultrasound couldn’t determine if it is ectopic pregnancy...

Any ideas?????
