Hi guys just wondering if I should even bother stressing. My period is now 7 days late my last period was 7th of Jan.

I've been a week late before but now I'm concerned. Last month between new years and my period I had taken a period delay pill because my period was due and I had events so I didn't want to have my period. Once I stopped taking it my period arrived literally 3 days later so cool..

My period now was due still hasn't. I've only had minor cramping and have slight pain in one side of my chest but other than there's no other symptoms.

When I say minor cramping the cramping will randomly occur or after I've used the bathroom and pain in my chest (no cancr)

Has anyone been this late? I was so hoping my period would arrive as literally next week for the next 3 weeks im on a holiday!
