I’ve been spitting out saliva thats really bubbly. It was basically frothy. So, I googled it and of course it says it’s rare and a medical emergency.

I have thrown up a bit of bile today :/ (I don’t want to go into all the details- some days I struggle with bulimia, and today was a difficult day- I already SEE a therapist- and I’ve gotten better, just today I relapsed a little.) so could that have possibly caused that? Or could low potassium cause it?
