Spike at 5 dpo?

Does this look normal?? I’m new to charting. One of my other apps changes my ovulation date to yesterday once I put this bbt so I’m freaking out!!

Like another poster commented- you’ve got to be very accurate with your bbt temping in order to pinpoint ovulation.  Opks can be misleading because you can have an LH spike but not actually release the egg.  I use them throughout my cycle just to see where I’m at hormonally & then cross reference with my temps, cm, & cp to determine ovulation.    I believe you may have ovualted when glow says, & maybe had a delayed temp increase (sometimes it takes time for our bodies to respond to the progesterone in our system).  Also you may want to change the batteries in your thermometer because sometimes they register the exact same number every day when they’re getting low on “juice”.

I actually think you did ovulate consistent with your OPK. But because you didn’t temp consistently before that, the chart doesn’t show your temp rise in a way that can be interpreted.

Looks more like you ovulated yesterday if you get 2 more high temps.. you should get a real bbt thermometer too and temp from CD1 for a more accurate chart 😊
