Need a little help.

Hello all,

Looking for a little word of advice.

I have a 4 month old Baby girl named Ava. Recently she’s become more aware of her surroundings and a little more fussy each day and wants to be held non-stop. Normal positions of holding her aren’t working. After a feeding normally she would be tired enough to be put down for a nap. (Wouldn’t sleep long but it helped as a break). Now after a feeding you go to put her down and instantly crying, this is even after burping, and holding and consoling before I put her down. She’s not even taking 30 minute naps anymore. If and when she does wake up from them it’s GAME ON instant crying.

I’m home alone for 12 hours a day on Tuesdays and Wednesday’s while my fiancée is in school.

It’s definitely a task for me on my own I’m trying to find little tips and tricks to help me out instead of having to be stressed out all day.

Ive also checked for teething just to see if that’s the cause but I don’t see or feel anything as of yet.

Thanks for reading!

Heeeey lush name!! Ava 😍 firstly we'll done mama that's such a hard time let alone being alone for that long!! Your doing amazing! Secondly also think it may be the regression I found that made my little one wake lots and need more help to go to sleep - I had to feed him to sleep or walk and rock him (sometimes both at the same time) instead of putting him down and usually leave him in my arms for the whole nap to make sure he had it, its soo important developmentally for them to get the sleep so even though its hard work and trying for you it's worth trying to see if it'll help. Good luck ❤️❤️

Honestly I think it's 4 mo sleep regression. We are on the other side of that now but it took us 2 wks. I don't have much advice as everything I did was hit or miss
