I THINK it helped me, I have irregular periods and while it didn't make me regular I am pregnant currently and still will continue to take it for my entire pregnancy as I hear it is great for babies development as well. Good luck

I got recommended this product from my fertility specialist and just started taking it this week - it’s supposed to be very good! Will update xx
