BLW-fried food??

my little one loves boiled yuca plain or with a tiny bit of seasoning on it. not fried. but every time i eat french fries he whines for it but he’s never tasted it. if i give him a fry is that bad? he gets so mad every time i eat them and i’m tired of hiding just to eat french fries..

Anything in moderation! It won’t hurt him to have a couple French fries here and there

Depends how old. I just started around 10 months doing that and I usually air fry it plain.

I gave my baby a fry or two before age 1. After age 1 he had all foods. Fries don't have to be fried, they can be baked and eaten in moderation.

Fries are fine. Usually I bake them with a little oil. If we’re out, they’ll get a few (the older they are the more they get) with extra water because fast food is salty. My daughter loves sweet potato “fries”, too, if you’re looking for a good alternative
