This is an evap line right?

So I have been feeling nauseous and super tired and just randomly decided to take a test, I know the blue dye sucks but it’s what I had. So the test window stayed blue for so long I couldn’t tell if there was a line or not, after an hour I saw this and I know it’s outside the window but usually when I see evaps they are hours later or the next day not an hour after the test and the line is blue. I am going to retest in a couple of days but just thought I would get some opinions.
