Trigger shot timing

I am about to do my third <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">iui</a>, curious about time for ovidril, my doctor does it 24 hours before the <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">iui</a> but I keep reading 36 hours is better. Any thoughts?
