So I did miss a pill lately and had to take it as soon as I remembered (the next day, so I took both the missed one and the current one at the same time), but then weird stuff started happening. This could have nothing to do with it, but I threw up a few nights ago but have been fine ever since and last night I noticed some very light brown spotting and small cramps. Just now, I go to the bathroom and theres a whole flow! Not pink or brown or anything, real red blood that looks exactly as it does when I get my period. Thing is, I'm not on the sugar placebo pill week yet. My period isnt due for another week or so. What the hell is happening?
