Confused

I got a positive OPK on Feb 10 as well as EWCM.

Feb 11 my OPK was negative but still had EWCM and my temp dropped a lot.

Feb 12 my temp is only risen a small amount which is not normal for me, usually it spikes the day after my lowest temp.

Is it possible I didn’t ovulate and could it still happen?
