I just had my 3rd baby back in November. He is my last since I got my tubes tied but before I had him I kept hearing “you don’t need anymore, you should have gotten fixed after your daughter” and many more comments especially from family.

I don’t get it! My SO and I take care of our kids, we don’t ask for hand outs. I am home when my kids are sick, I take them to the doctors, I take my son to school and his dad picks him up. They are with us every single day 24/7 unless they spend the night at a family members house which is pretty rare.

We didn’t plan our 3rd it just happened. People were excited for us but the comments came flooding in. My mom today while talking to her pissed me off; I was yelling at my kids cause we were running late and they weren’t listening and she goes “have some more” and I said “I think I will, if I wasn’t fixed I’d probably have one more” and she’s like “no you don’t need anymore!” So I asked her “why does everyone that have no involvement in raising my kids wanna tell me what I should or shouldn’t do?!”.

She kinda stopped talking and started changing the subject and I said no and went back to it! My brother for instant wanted to make a comment about me using protection to keep me from having anymore and if I did I wouldn’t have my 3rd like tf? He is younger than me by 3 years and has had 2 scares with 2 different girls and he wants to comment on me having kids?!.

When I announced my pregnancy with my 3rd my aunt commented telling me I need to be done cause 3 was enough!!!! I couldn’t take it so I told her I raise my kids I don’t need anyone butting in and asked her how raising her 6 grandkids were going since her druggy daughter couldn’t keep her legs closed and has 5 different baby daddies she didn’t like that and left me alone.

I just don’t get it! I have 3 kids with the same man I’ve been with for 11 years this year! We have a house, pay our own rent, he’s had the same job for 9 years in July!. People just need to butt out.

My step mom even commented saying she didn’t think my SO and I could do it! That she’s jealous because she feels lm a better mom then she ever was. Then made a comment saying “if you think about it now that you are fixed if one of your kids die at least you have 2 more” WHO AND THE FUCK SAYS THAT?! I don’t wanna lose any of my kids and just because I have 2 more doesn’t make it any better!.
