Baby gave us a scare today

My seasoned midwife could not find a heart beat on the doppler. I’m 14w5d so she said it was unusual and sent me straight to ultrasound. To my relief, baby was fine (heart rate 158). Just sitting a bit higher than expected. We tried to sneak a peek at the gender but legs were crossed. This one is going to be stubborn. 😂 here’s our baby preying mantis.
