Exercising for the overweight
I’m quite a bit overweight and trying to do something about it without being too drastic.
I’ve decided to eat healthier and a bit less and exercise more. I’ve a long way to go so I don’t want to go too much too soon and get bored.
My husband bought me an exercise bike and I go on there a few times a week but I’ve noticed my knees have become stiff and sore ever since. I have osteoarthritis in one knee already.
Hubby says the more I do, the more my leg muscles will grow and support my knee joints and if this is the case then I will persevere but I want to hear from people who know more about exercise and fitness than we do so I know I’m going about it the right way.
