Is This Suspicious?
I’m posting anonymously because I know I may get some hate for this but I have my husbands Facebook logged in on my phone. He has lied a lot in the past and it makes me feel better to have access in case I ever need it.
There have been 3 or 4 occasions recently where I have received a Messenger notification that says “Someone sent you a message”. It only says “someone” when it is a secret conversation. When I go to Messenger I haven’t received a message from anyone and each time I can see my husband is active.
What I’m wondering is if the notification is actually for his Messenger account and not mine. But because it’s a secret conversation I can’t see anything on my end because secret conversations are encrypted. But on the other hand it’s doesn’t seem likely I’d get that notification since secret conversations are supposed to be encrypted.
So do you think it’s some technological fluke or do you think I should be suspicious of the notification? Also, what can I do to look into it further if it keeps happening?
I’d like to add that I know snooping isn’t healthy and I don’t need to hear about it. I don’t go through his account or ever use it. I simply have it logged in just in case I feel like I ever need to look at it. 🤷🏻♀️
