How long to stay laying down?

I've read afew different things about laying down for like 30 mins with your bum propped up after sex. Does this really increase your chances of conception? I've also read that it doesnt really make a difference. 🤷‍♀️ any opinions??

It doesnt make a difference. All it does is increase your risk of infection. You should be getting up right after sex to pee and clean up
