Discharge what could it be

This discharge has a funny smell to it and comes out like this thick clumpy stuff I’ve went to the doctors took several medicines for BV and I still get this ? And also I have missed my period for 3 months now and I’ve recently fainted while being out ? Any one have any ideas what this discharge looks like ? And the reason I haven’t been getting my menstrual cycle ?
