Move in or hard pass?
We are in the process of moving and found an apartment perfectly within our budget. However, we just found out the apartment complex has a history of bed bugs! The owner was honest about it and said they completely got rid of them a little less than a year ago and no tenants have complained. It's a shared laundry (I'd never use it) but I just dont know if it's worth the risk 😥
