I already called the doctor.

What does this rash look like? It kinda just appeared. I have called ask a nurse and I did the cup test. I really dont trust any of the doctors in this town they have screwed up so many times with me. If it's still there in the morning we will be going to her doctor. I just want someone elses opinion.
