I am 7 weeks pregnant today and I’ve been having a severe toothache since Saturday, my face is swollen I can’t open my mouth and the pain is completely unbearable to the point where I’ve been crying a lot nothing I do is helping I just want the pain to go away. My husband wants me to take a Tylenol but I am paranoid because I do not want to harm the baby so I’ve been in this pain since Saturday I know it may not make since but I just lost my 4 month old baby and I don’t take medicine so I’m freaking out please help me.
