Not trying not preventing

I have been NTNP for 3 years now with my fiancé. My doctors won’t answer a lot of the fertility questions I asked because I am not officially trying.

I just cant help but feel like something is wrong with me. Its been so long and it hasn’t just happened, so what about when I am actively trying to conceive? If I couldn’t do it all this time naturally I just don’t believe there is any hope, which sucks because I wanted a lot of children 😭
