Looking for advice. Mirena was removed on the 20th of jan, had a period as per the calendar, then started another a week later. Only spotting to begin with, then light. Now going on 3 days heavy with loss of over 120ml each day. I normally get very heavy periods which was why I got the mirena in the first place. Had to have it removed due to migraines. I’m not sure if bleeding this heavy for this long is bad or if I should be doing anything. 😭 really feeling frustrated and down about how much blood loss I’m having. Just started ttc which is why no other birth control is being used but can’t even do that because of the amount of blood 😭
