Ughhhh help me!!!!

My daughter is potty training. She’s is great about telling me when she has to pee. But with poop.. not so much. She does this thing whether she has a diaper on or underpants. She pulls her diaper off and will poop on the floor then proceeds to use her hands to wipe her butt!!!!! It’s such a process to clean the whole mess up. Yesterday I went in her room to check on her during her nap and she was standing there with poop everywhere and smeared it all over her bed. 😩
