please help ease my mind, we used a condom, it didn’t break and he didn’t finish inside me

I’ve been stressing as my period has been much lighter & I think it’s due to the stress but it’s only stressing me out more :-(

I’ve also been really twitchy, so my stomach twitches too and it freaks me out because I keep thinking what if its not a twitch

I had a blood test done as well which came back negative, but I keep seeing posts and comments where people have had false negative blood tests, and also bleed throughout their pregnancy :(

I haven’t had any symptoms other than heartburn but I used to get heartburn anyway, and my twitches in lower abdomen which scare me so much 😖
