my 3 week old has a bad diaper rash just in the crack not the rest of his little butt. yesterday his dad was changing his diaper and some skin peeled off while wiping him😭 i’ve been just rinsing his butt off since then and patting dry with a washcloth and using aquaphor since yesterday. Should i be doing something else? & Should I put diaper rash cream on an open sore or no? I’m gonna try switching wipes and see if that gets rid of his rash😭 someone bought us a huge box of parents choice wipes, the diapers we’re currently using are earth & eden.
