I’m experiencing a burning, throbbing and aching sensation in the area shown in the diagram. I’ve took a mirror so many times to see if anything is there such as spot etc but nothing. I had quite sore chafing down there 2 days ago but this has cleared up now.

Anyone else had similar? I have become used to the constant dull ache of pelvic girdle pain but this is more intense and pretty painful.

Help, I’m miserable 😩
