2 week long period?

I have an IUD and am confirmed not pregnant. I have been under a lot of stress lately due to therapy, medication changes, and illness. I have been bleeding for 2 weeks today, it’s not heavy but it’s enough to be noticeable and it’s black.
Is this normal under the circumstances? 
Any advice?

When I got my iud I had a 3 month period. It’s black because it’s old blood and it sounds like you’re just spotting. If you have the hormonal iud it’s normal, if it’s the Paraguard (copper) I would call the doctor if it keeps up.

I'd call your doctor to be sure, but sounds like it could be because of the stuff you listed.
