So are hemmoroids ongoing or what? After I had my baby 4 months ago I’ve been dealing with this ever since.. I’m fine at times then it goes back to it.. so I’ll forever deal with this?😫

Off and on, more than likely. Men have them as well from sitting on the shitter all damn day and they don't even poop kids out. 😂💁
On a real note though, I've had just 1 my whole life and have had a child but other people I know have them constantly with never having children. See a doctor to diagnose you better.

It will probably be off and on. But there’s OTC things to help. I have one and never had a baby. My client has many. It’s totally normal so don’t stress it. We use preparation H wipes as they have witch hazel and aloe to help not only keep it clean but to help ease the pain and burning. 
Also if you’re straining yourself to have a bowel movement you’re definitely going to irritate your hemorrhoid(s)
