5 yrs ttc last 3 yrs periods have been fairly consistant.

Tues i woke up wipped and there was darker blood and only on the tp. I put in a a tampon and went about my day. My period is scheduled for 2.14.2020 amd when I got home tues I was switching my tampon and it was totally dry and nothing since. Anyone have this? Obviously too late in the game for the bleeding to be implantation.. And Ive taken 2 tests and came back neg.. Just flo taken her time?
