How to deal with anxiety in early pregnancy?

Amanda

I am someone who has anxiety to begin with now add a baby to that and it’s even worse. I’m terrified something is going to happen! I am only 4w5d and I have no real reason to be but the lack of much symptoms. I have slightly tender breasts to the touch, an unappeasable appetite, and fatigue but I don’t have nausea or anything like that yet. My hcg at 13 dpo was 211 and at 16 dpo was 1059 which the doctor was thrilled to see so my levels have been great. Now I am just anxiously awaiting my first early ultrasound next Thursday. I guess not having anymore blood tests is making it worse. I’ve continued to test and have some serious dye stealers so I know hcg is rising. I just need reassurance!
