Is there a chance I could be pregnant ?

So long story short I was diagnose with pcos so I’m ttc all my hormones are normal and thyroid too, my egg count is perfect so my fertility specialist put me on letrozole for 5 days I started on day 3 of my period , my period started January 25 so on day 27 I started letrozole , after that I took ovidrel to trigger on February 6 so I went for a ultrasound February 8 and I’ve released 2 eggs so I took a pregnancy today a cheap first response brand that test 6 day sooner and I got maybe a positive my doctor said that my period should come February 20 if I don’t get it test again but I want opinions from everyone here does this look like a really faint positive or no ? I’ll test again next week , and does changes or having twins could be greater since I release 2 eggs ?
