Late period..what’s happening?

So my period is 42 days late my last period ended December 1st  can anyone help me understand what’s happening with my body?

Same to me I’m 49 days late and my last period was on December 24 and having cramps and sore breast on my left breast and we are on February 13 and still no sign of period and I took a pregnancy test on the 12 and it was negative and Friday took some blood test and it was negative too so idk what’s happening is it too early still
