Very devastated and scared at the moment. I found out at an ultrasound yesterday that the baby I’m carrying passed away about a week ago. It was extremely sad, especially watching my husband’s face (as he held our toddler) realize that there was no heartbeat detected. I am ten weeks (baby passed at 9). My doctor recommended I wait and hope for my body to miscarry. If it doesn’t within a week, then I will have a D&C. So far my only symptoms the past two days is low back pain and uncomfortable bloating. It’s crazy that now I’m hoping to spot whereas before spotting was my worst nightmare. I am so frustrated with my body. I just want this to be over. Has anyone successfully passed their mmc without intervention? How long was the wait? What was the process like? Thank you so much.
