started a new job in a totally different field then what I have experience in. (Pharmacy tech) I’m a shy person and I’m a little nervous when things get tough. When that being said it affects my learning process negatively I believe. I’ve been here 40 days and I’m doing terrible. The pharmacist snatches things from me and acts mad when I ask questions. My co workers do the same. I was barely trained because no one wants to train me at all. The have me doing the extra work to help them. When it comes down to the real work I’m undertrained. There is no training plan. So today everyone called out and I was there by myself with a and I done terrible in fact I can see why people snatch things from me. I caused 10 customers to say I’ll come back tomorrow. What do y’all think ?
