This is Ava rose, she is one tomorrow on Valentine’s day❤️

She was born one year ago, with a cleft palate, hearing loss, hypotonia, GERD, developmental delays and other challenges. But she has overcome many of them, and defied odds doctors gave her. The 19th of this month she goes for her cleft repair! Such a beautiful and strong little girl!
