Help? Any ideas?

Going on Day 10 of af....i always have a 7 day period...the first two days I bled heavy as always, from day 3-5 there was little to no blood...day 6-10 i have been bleeding like I would normally bleed during my period. I had gotten on birth control, but because I have a very busy life schedule, I couldn’t keep up with it and missed a few doses and dropped it altogether I’d like to find out what it could be
