Whatever i eat, i vomit back. Even water taste bad #7 weeks pregnant

If you’ve been going over a week without food go see your doctor, they could have advice on some anti nausea solutions so you can get something down.

I was told I could take B6 and unisom (at night) for nausea. Maybe it could help?

Be careful drinking water on an empty stomach, since it can make you vomit more! Try juices, coconut water, Gatorade, or pedialyte. If you’re pregnant and dehydrated, it makes the nausea worse. The only thing the ER will do is give you Zofran (potentially) and an IV with sugar-water to flush out the ketones, which is what pedialyte is!

My first pregnancy was like this and eventually I just thought, you might as well throw something up, because dry heaving is worse!! Keep eating keep drinking! Seltzer water was the only water I could keep down and papa John’s Pizza was the only food I didn’t vomit.

I had this with my first pregnancy and second! I relied on complan and other diet drinks, they are for weight gain so it's a meal replacement not alongside, you can use complan as your meals so you still get sustenance and nutrients. There's other brands that's just the one I use in the UK I don't know where else you can get it. Make sure you take a multivitamin too so you don't miss anything from your diet and check the package of the complan or complan alternative that it doesn't contain vitamin a which is fatal to pregnancy

I had this with my first two and eventually ended up going to the hospital. Try to eat small meals and bland food at first. I know its not going to be good, but the most important thing is to keep sipping water. Things will get better!
