Had a period but pregnant?

Has anyone had a period and ended up pregnant? Mine started a week early, got clots and all, last 3.5 days and took a pregnancy test just bc and it was positive.  Anyone experience this? I called the doc and going in for a blood test

My sister didn’t know she was pregnant until she was like 4 months. And got regular periods. My niece is now 6. It’s a weird thing but does happen. Only way to know is blood work. I’d check with your doctor.

Yep. Happened to me, but apparently the bleeding was subchorionic hemorrhage. 
Bled off and on for 7 weeks until missed miscarry, but many woman have SCH and babies are totally fine
